Payments and Rebates
The Nurtured OT is a private Occupational Therapy practice.
We can see clients with the following payment types:
Private Paying: You will be required to pay the full cost of the service fee at the conclusion of your session (via our eftpos system). If you have a suitable health insurance cover, you can then take the paid invoice to your health insurance to claim your rebate.
Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plan: You will need to provide your therapist a copy of this plan at least 2 days prior to your appointment. You will need to pay the full cost of the service fee at the conclusion of your session, and then take the paid invoice to medicare to claim your rebate.
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Self Managed and Plan Managed Funds: We are able to see participants with a self managed or plan managed NDIS plan. The Nurtured OT is not a registered NDIS provider, so is unable to service NDIA Managed plans. For plan managed plans, you will need to provide your therapist at a minimum your NDIS number, plan dates, budget for services and name and contact of your plan manager.

Brief ~2 page summary report outlining brief observations and brief strategies for support
Initial Appointment and Detailed Report - Infant/Child
2x 60 minute sessions (1x 60 minute with just the parent/caregiver to gather more information and provide some strategies, then 1x 60 minute session with the infant/child to complete clinical observations/assessment with the child)
